Licensing Agreement

Updated February 21, 2025

This Licensing Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which our software is provided to users. The software is available under different licensing options, including term-based and perpetual licenses.

A perpetual license allows the user to access and use the software indefinitely, provided all terms of the agreement are adhered to.

A term license grants the user the right to use the software for a specific period. Upon expiration, the user must either stop using the software, extend the license, or purchase a new one.

The following sections detail the various license types available, their terms, and the conditions of use.

Home License

With a Home License, the software can be used by private individuals who purchase it with their own funds, exclusively for personal use. Personal licenses cannot be purchased, refunded, or financed by companies in any way. Users may not sell, distribute, or use the software for commercial purposes or revenue-generating activities.

The software may be installed and used by the licensed end-user on a single personal computer owned or controlled by the licensee, along with one additional computer (such as a desktop and a laptop). However, only one copy of the software may be in use at any given time.
